KHUMBI PLANS FOR 2021 PROJECTS

Gifted Victory worship artist, Khumbileni Gwazantini, populary known as Khumbi in the Christian entertainment circles says she is geared for a set of new spirit filled music in the year 2021.

The artist disclosed this in an exclusive interview with zambuye.com, as her popularity in the music scene continues to growth.

Khumbi, who has won the hearts of many with her single, “A place called deep”, says she is set to release her first ever EP in the year 2021 having been encouraged by the overwhelming response she has received after the release of the song.

She said: “I released my first single titled A place called deep in 2018. It did better than I expected with over 4000 downloads. The video for the song also did very well and managed to find it’s way into the Trace Gospel which was a great milestone and a great start to my music career.”

“The good feedback I have received is what encouraged me to do more and right now people are looking forward to my full album hence I decided to start by giving them the Into the deep EP,” she disclosed.

Among others Khumbi explained that she has put in place a number of strategies to uplift her music in the years to come such as the use of a promos to give her fans a hint of what to anticipate from her EP.

She added: “Early next year, I will start releasing singles from the upcoming EP as a promo so that people should have a picture of what they should expect from the EP.”

The iconic artist hinted that her EP will mostly consist of worship songs and a few enjoyable praise songs.

“I believe our music should not just be good but should be a medium which draws people closer to God and be able to lift their spirits, ” she explained.

Khumbi came to limelight after the emergence of the Victory artists brand, a platform championed by Fountain of Victory church international president and founder, Apostle Joseph Ziba which is fast growing in it’s reputation of producing gifted and spirit filled worshipers.
