Prophet Bushiri’s bail hearing Wednesday

Prophet Shepherd Bushiri’s bail hearing gets postponed for the 5th time, court sets Wednesday for bail ruling.

The Bushiri couple will spend a further two days in custody pending the judgement on their bail application in Pretoria. The couple has been in custody for almost two weeks

The state says Bushiri and his wife are flight risks.

The accused face charges of fraud, theft, and money laundering to the value of over R100-million.

Prophet Bushiri’s official Facebook page issued a statement thanking it’s members and partners for their ‘unwavering resolve to always stand with our leaders.’

“We thank you for your prayers and also for your unwavering resolve to always stand with our leaders”, the statement said.
