Aubrey Ghambi, gospel rap artist known as Suffix, who lost his mother in April of this year, has left thousands of his fans in tears with the tribute he composed.
On the 10th of this month, he posted a video of the song titled ‘Tailora’ to his Facebook page.
Suffix’s fans expressed their affection for him by flooding his page with heartfelt words of comfort.
The deep tribute in the lyrics evoked feelings and emotions in those who have had a similar experience.
“I can relate it has been five years since I lost mine and the lyrics just true. It hurts a lot seeing friends celebrate their mothers”, Enerst Kasito commented to the part of the lyrics which says “Death makes one become bitter”.
Many people watched and admitted that the song left them crying. Kaombe Shingray said “I have dropped tears because I can relate and feel the pain. I felt every word in this song. I pray that you heal”.
Despite the grief his fans still appreciated his courage and the art. “Thanks a lot for channeling your grief into something positive, I too lost my mom when I was young and clueless but these melodies help us grow. Stay strong”, Paul Amicable commented.
