KISHOMBE’S ‘CHEUKA’ SHINES ON RADIO 2FM’s GOSPEL TOP 20

Phenomenal gospel singer, Walusungu Kishombe, continues to shine on Radio 2 FM gospel hits with his yet to to come album title tune, CHEUKA.
Speaking to Zambuye.com about the song development, Kishombe said he’s excited and happy to share the message of love and trust in the tune.
“Talking of the song development, I’m happy and excited,” he said.
“This is the song that preaches about God’s intention on a man. God’s plan is to get us through problems and bless us in all situations we might come across, but for God to bless a man, trust is needed,” he said.
Speaking about the forthcoming album, Kishombe encouraged his fans to patiently wait as he’ll be releasing it very soon.
He said, “This is the album God has revealed secrets, hence I encourage my fans to patiently wait as very soon it will be unveiled”.
‘CHEUKA’ marks Kishombe’s fourth album after releasing Sindida Nkhawa, Wayankha and Balaam in 2006, 2010 and 2010, respectively.
Hailing from Lilongwe, Kishombe started composing songs in 2011 after joining Evangelical Lutheran Youth Choir in 2001.
The program host, and producer, DJ Mike C said since the beginning of this year, they have had so many many entries in his show from both established and upcoming artists saying the main creteria is content.
“Content is a key factor we look at to determine if a song is worth the Chart..so far, I haven’t been disappointed. Not to blow my own trumpet, but honestly, the chart has huge listenership,” the Award winning host remarked.
