Faith Mussa features Gresham Mokwena in his first release this year.
Talking to zambuye.com, the multi-Award winning artist says he is also releasing visuals for Ogode Monday.
In a recent tweet, He disclosed that the song “is a song about friendship. I literally dreamt this song melody while touring China in 2015 with a group of friends from Mafirika Band (Enerst Ikwanga, Sam Mjura, Chambota Chirwa, and Amos Mlolowa) and Charlie Maele who organized the tour.”
This is a song that the artist has kept for so long “not finding a good space to release it.”
Several reputable names from both Malawi, and outside have been a part of the creation of this masterpiece, including seasoned Pianist & producer Gresham Mokwena, Bass guitarist from Zambia, South African based Drummer, Amos Mlolowa, Leo Appleyard a London based Music maker & guitarist of urchinmusic.
Mussa said: “It is Leo Appleyard of urchinmusic who mixed the track and gave us what we now call OGODE”
